ABOUT YOUTHEORIA

Youtheoria creates student-led, virtual workshops, discussions, and advocacy projects with young people from all over the world.

Challenge assumptions, discover perspectives, foster community.

WHAT WE DO.

Youtheoria seeks to engage students from around the world in dialogue, leadership, and advocacy for social justice. Our workshops and grassroots chapters work to offer students a space for critical discussion and chances for personal growth. Throughout our planning and management process, we utilize a 100% student approach: all planners, facilitators, and participants are students, trained in advocacy and effective moderating. With this approach and our local projects, we help youth gain the perspectives and skills to make change in both their communities and the global sphere.

"THE INFORMATION PRESENTED AND DISCUSSED IS SO IMPORTANT AND RELEVANT FOR PEOPLE OUR AGE, ESPECIALLY DURING TIMES LIKE THESE. BEING ABLE TO INTERACT WITH TEENS FROM ALL AROUND THE GLOBE MAKES ME FEEL INCLUDED IN THINGS THAT ARE CONSIDERED AS TOPICS FOR 'OLDER DISCUSSIONS' EVEN WHEN I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT THEM TOO."
